As a SEA student, you were registered through your home institution or through Boston University, depending on your school’s relationship with SEA. Your grades will be on file at the appropriate school four weeks after the end date of your SEA program. Grades are not released if you have a balance due on your SEA account.

If your school is not affiliated with SEA:

You are registered through Boston University and you (students) must request an official transcript to be sent directly to your home institution. To obtain and send a transcript, you must follow the instructions on this webpage. It will prompt you to create an account with Parchment, BU’s transcript partner, and provide your BU ID#. If you do not have a record of your BU ID#, please contact the SEA’s Academic Dean’s Office at jpanton@sea.edu to request it.

If your school is affiliated with SEA:

If you did not receive a BU ID#, you are registered through your home institution. Visit our affiliate page to see a list of affiliated institutions. Grades will be available and sent to your home institution approximately 4 weeks after your SEA program ends and official transcripts can be obtained directly through your school’s registrars office.

Students from any school, affiliated or unaffiliated with SEA, can request an unofficial transcript by jpanton@sea.edu
