As long as you meet the criteria, this letter will state either that you have been part of SEA’s random drug testing program for 60 of the last 185 days, or that you took a negative pre-employment drug test for SEA within the last 185 days (SEA can also provide results of this test). Please read the US Coast Guard requirements to determine whether you meet them.

If you do meet the criteria, please email drugtestletterrequest@sea.edu with the following information: full legal name, last four digits of your SS#, and the email address where you’d like to receive the letter. Please also include whether you have been on board one or both of SEA’s ships for at least 60 of the last 185 days, and whether you have taken a pre-employment test drug test for SEA within the last 185 days. We need all of these pieces of information in order to write you the letter.
